LEPT.ph provides an online platform for LEPT exam preparation, including:

Our content is designed to help you prepare for the LEPT but does not guarantee passing the actual licensure examination.

3.1 Account Creation

You may create an account using Google Sign-In. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activities that occur under your account.

3.2 Account Restrictions

• You must be at least 13 years old to use our services
• You may not share your account with others
• You may not create multiple accounts to abuse free features
• You must provide accurate information

4. Subscriptions and Payments

4.1 Payment Processing

Payments are processed through GCash. By making a purchase, you agree to GCash's terms of service. All prices are in Philippine Pesos (PHP).

4.2 Subscription Plans

• Free Plan: Limited access with daily usage restrictions.
• Premium Plans: Full access to all features as described on our Pricing page.

4.3 Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature of our services, all sales are final. Refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis for technical issues that prevent access to paid features. Contact us at support@nle.ph for refund requests.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on LEPT.ph, including questions, explanations, graphics, and software, is owned by or licensed to LEPT.ph and is protected by Philippine intellectual property laws. You may not:

• Share or resell access to our platform
• Create derivative works based on our content

You agree not to:

• Use our services for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

LEPT.ph is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that:

• Our services will be uninterrupted or error-free
• Our content is completely accurate or up-to-date
• Using our platform will result in passing the LEPT

Our practice materials are for educational purposes and should be used alongside official study resources and guidance from your nursing school.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Philippine law, LEPT.ph shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services.

9. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms of Service. You may also delete your account at any time by contacting us.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. We will notify users of material changes via email or platform notification.

11. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any disputes shall be resolved in the appropriate courts of the Philippines.
